This year celebrated its 10th anniversary in awarding the world’s finest hotels for their luxury offerings and exceptional services delivery.
The evening saw over 350 guests from the world’s leading hotels and resorts. Participants from over 50 countries.
In celebration of the decade anniversary, the World Luxury Hotel Awards designed a limited edition trophy for its winners, plated in 24 karat gold and beautifully and meticulously crafted to symbolize elegance, grandeur, majesty and luxury.
I chose this new because I find it interesting because it is reflected that who does things well has a reward. As they have wanted to congratulate all the winners trough their effort and unlimited passion to meet the needs of their guests.
The best hotel in the world
Burj Al Arab
The Burj Al Arab hotel is considered the only 7-star hotel in the world.

Is built on its own artificial island at 280 meters from the coast, is 321 meters high, all its rooms are suites (the smallest of 175 square meters) and the hotel shuttle service consists of BMWs, Rolls Royce and a Private helicopter.
Its construction lasted five years and the hotel was inaugurated in December 1999. Currently, its candle-shaped structure makes it one of the most photographed buildings in the world.

How much does it cost to sleep in it?
As you may suppose, sleeping in the Burj Al Arab is not especially cheap. Rates start at € 1,300 per night, including breakfast, dates, chocolates and even a complete set of Hermes products for men and women.

How to visit the Burj Al Arab?

To enjoy a complete experience and have the best views of Dubai, the best option is to book a package on the 27th floor Sky Bar (over 200 meters high). Our recommended option is to attend the Indulgent Afternoon Tea at 16:00. The price is 620 dirhams and includes endless types of tea, a glass of champagne, various sandwiches and snacks, tea pastries and cakes.

In my opinion I think it is a beautiful hotel but at the same time you have to have lots of money to be able to enjoy a hotel like this. It is important to know about this hotel.

Wyndham Hotel Group has launched a new brand for 3 and 4 star independent hotels called The Trademark Hotel Collection. This is the number 19 sign for the hotel group.

The company notes that Trademark is focused on those entrepreneurs who have built an iconic hotel in relevant places and want to increase its distinctive legacy with the support of a large group that offers them a solid distribution.

Wyndham's new brand is born with more than 50 hotels and owners interested in both existing facilities and new construction opportunities in major urban markets around the world.

​I think it is a very big step to move forward and change the hotel system to join the hotels that are independent and that they become all big chains and known to start growing.
